We collect the contact details you give us — name, email, company, and phone number — when you request a quote, ask a question, or place an order. We also collect the artwork files you upload, your order and proof records, and basic visit analytics on private preview pages (things like when a proof link was opened). We don’t collect more than we need to quote, produce, and deliver your job.

We use your information to prepare quotes and proofs, produce and fulfill your order, and send you service emails about the status of your job. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, for any reason.

Transactional emails — quotes, proofs, order and shipping updates — are part of doing business with us and aren’t optional while you have an open job. Marketing emails are separate: you can unsubscribe any time, and once you do, we honor that permanently.

Your information is stored on reputable, access-controlled cloud infrastructure. We limit who inside Routeline can see your files and records to the people working on your job.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. If you’d like a private preview page taken down, tell us and we’ll remove it the same day.
